We believe you will find CircuiTree's registration system the most advanced and flexible system available anywhere. CircuiTree can register individuals, couples, groups, and leaders, or any combination of these in separate or even the same event. Additionally, CircuiTree supports both anonymous and named attendees within any event. CircuiTree offers dedicated web portals for parents of campers, adult attendees, and group leaders. CircuiTree doesn't try to force each of these unique attendee types into the same hole like other software systems. Instead, CircuiTree understands the unique needs of each type of event and treats the attendees appropriately. |
| CircuiTree offers a number of flexible configuration options to adjust to your organization. You can configure your sessions, your cancellation policies, your fees, your roommate policies, and your housing rules, among other policies, in our Configuration Manager module. You can also make adjustments to the online registration process to include the steps and information you need. You also control the look and feel of all online tools so that they match your website’s brand. |
| Yes. CircuiTree Solutions’ software and facilities (and thus all CircuiTree clients) are compliant with the PCI Data Security Standard. By utilizing a hosted service such as CircuiTree, the financial burden to comply and maintain compliance with the credit card industry’s security standards are shifted away from your operating costs. |
| Yes. CircuiTree employs a robust security privilege system, allowing users or groups of users to have varying security levels ranging from no access to full access. Sensitive information can be protected on a user or group basis. CircuiTree’s processes also recognize security levels so that front-line people like registrars can see that a rule is being enforced (like attempting to enroll without a deposit) while a registration supervisor can actually approve the registration by overriding the rule. Camp leadership and management can see special levels of information through protected reports and screens. |

CircuiTree has a full-featured accounts receivable system built-in. This means it is not necessary to maintain a separate accounts receivable system or double-key information. In addition, CircuiTree can integrate with virtually any general ledger accounting system. CircuiTree can be configured with your custom general ledger codes and will then create the appropriate GL entries to be imported into your system. The entries can also be printed in report format and entered into your accounting system as needed. CircuiTree's accounting procedures follows GAP standards, ensuring a fully auditable system. |

CircuiTree also has an integrated inventory management system that lets you sell your merchandise both on-site and on the web. | In addition to credit cards, CircuiTree also accepts electronic checks online. There are many advantages to this including customer convenience and greatly reduced costs compared to credit cards. Electronic checks are very simple for the customer to use. They simply choose whether to pay with their checking or savings account and then make payments just as they would with a credit card. From a business standpoint, electronic checks are batched up and deposited daily just like paper checks, but without the hassle of shuffling paper. CircuiTree is very affordable and is designed and priced to appeal to camps with as little as 500 attendees per year up to camps with tens of thousands of attendees. Our software is priced in two different models and you can choose which one is best for your organization. The first model is our "registration-based" model. With registration-based pricing, you only pay for those registrations you collect per month. Additionally, CircuiTree brings new revenue opportunities to your organization through photography and one-way emails. Under this option, the camp keeps the majority share of these revenue generating options. The second model is our "sales-based" model. With sales-based pricing, you pay a discounted flat fee per month which is based on the total number of registrations you expect to experience in a year. This fee is often much less than with the registration-based model, and is often very attractive to new CircuiTree customers. In this model, CircuiTree also brings new revenue opportunities through photography and one-way emails. CircuiTree keeps a larger share of these revenue generating options in exchange for a much lower monthly fee. |
